Job  Responsibilities:
•	Guidance and follow up on RFQs
•	Improvement of current quote process, where necessary
•	Manage the teams to deliver timely and accurate costing for existing and potential new customers
•	Understand customer expectations on all quote activities
•	Responsible for the development of the team including appraisals & monitoring training plans in 
        liaison with the HR department;
•	Manage cross departmental activities in order to meet deadlines
•	Provide processes that meet customer needs and expectations
•	Review and approve quote before submission.
•	Manage win rate 

Job  Requirement ：
•	More than 10 years working experience in Electronics anufacturing field.
•	3 years or more in Marketing or Sales activities.
•	 With engineering background
•	Excellent written and verbal English.
•	 Analysis skill through MS office such as Excel
•	Sensitive to material pricing and pro-active to market pricing.
