Responsibilities:职责
-Design and supervise the execution of standard of procedure, analyze and identify raw material issues, control the in-process quality activities, develop quality engineering documents, develop and track assigned process quality improvement plans and handle customer complaints.
设计和监督标准流程的执行,分析和识别原材料问题,控制过程中的质量活动,制定质量工程文件,制定和跟踪指定的过程质量改进计划,处理客户投诉。
A.Role of the owner on type I/II project which went through mass production and lite/micro-lite project. 负责经过大规模生产的I/II类项目和小/微类项目。
B.Role of support and review type I/II project from G3 to G5. with the objective of meeting the quality requirement within TE Dongguan's quality standards. 以达到公司质量标准为目的,支持和审查从G3到G5阶段的I/II类项目。
-Lead overall scrap control and improvement for the responsible project/product. 主导项目和产品的整体报废管控和改进。
1. Policies and Procedures, Quality System 政策流程和质量体系
A. Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; maintain/update quality engineering work instruction in order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards. 执行质量方针、程序和体系;维护/更新质量工程作业指导书,以确保业务程序符合QS和全球标准。
B. Involve in customer audit, implement responsible procedures and facilitate other departments to close their actions on time and fulfill requirement to our products and process in order to meet customer requirement and our quality system. 参与客户审核,执行负责的流程,为满足客户要求和我们的质量体系,协助其他部门按时完成行动计划以达到对我们产品和流程的要求。
2. Incoming Materials Quality Issue Handling 来料质量问题把控
Analyze and identify material issues found in production line, drive SQE for supplier improvement in order to maintain incoming material quality. 分析和识别生产线上发现的材料问题,推动SQE对供应商进行改进,以保持来料质量。
3. Process Quality Issues Handling 过程质量问题把控
A. Handle quality issues occurred in process in order to improve and maintain product quality performance, perform risk assessment to take proper disposition, develop improvement action to prevent the occurrence. 处理过程中发生的质量问题,以提高并保持产品的质量表现,进行风险评估,采取适当的处理措施,制定改进措施,防止这种情况的发生。
B. Drive improvement for nonconformance detected by QC. 推动QC发现的不合格品的改进。
C. Lead team to develop error-proof and mistake proof solution for quality risk identified. In order to achieve good quality performance of product. 为达成良好的产品质量表现,带领团队为识别出的质量风险开发防错措施和防错解决方案。
4. Customer Complaints/Feedback Handling 客户投诉反馈把控
Handle customers complaints including develop and implement customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan in order to maintain the relationship with customers and provide extraordinary customer experience to customer. 处理客户投诉,包括制定和实施客户投诉纠正和预防行动计划,以维护与客户的关系,为客户提供良好的客户体验。
5. Quality documents and criteria setting 质量文件和标准的设定
Develop quality engineering documents (QIP,WI,VA), set up and develop quality inspection criteria, prepare COC format in order to maintain product quality performance. 制定质量工程文件(QIP、WI、VA),建立和制定质量检验标准,编制COC格式,以保持产品质量性能。
6. Quality Improvement 质量改进
A. Develop and track assigned process quality improvement plan according to product quality performance and implement situation in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. Using the DMAIC method to drive the improvement. 根据产品质量表现和实施情况,制定并跟踪指定的过程质量改进计划,以提高和保持产品质量绩效。使用DMAIC方法来推动改进。
B. Work with team to qualify the process change/new line qualification/new machine, foresee quality risk and advise robust tooling/process design, identify the risk/gap and drive proper improvement action, follow up until action closed in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. 与团队合作,对工艺变更/新生产线资质/新机器进行鉴定,预测质量风险并建议可靠的工具/工艺设计,识别风险/差距并推动合适的改进措施,跟进直到措施完成,以提高和保持产品质量表现。
7. Scrap control and improvement 废料控制和改进
A. Review and approve WIP scrap application. 审批在制品报废申请
B. Monitor WIP scrap and take proper countermeasures. 监控在制品报废情况并采取适当对策
C. Follow up top failures in process, identify root cause and major contributor, drive team to take solid improvement action to improve. 跟进过程中的主要失效问题,确定根本原因和主要原因,推动团队采取可靠的改进行动来改进。
D. Validate the improvement action and follow up the result in order to maintain product quality performance. 验证改进措施并跟踪结果,以保持产品质量绩效。
Qualifications:岗位要求
1.College diploma major in engineering 工程相关专业,大专学历及以上学历
2.3 years electronics industry quality related working experience, 1 year SMT experience is preferred. 3年电子行业质量相关工作经验,1年SMT工作经验优先。
3.Green belt/Black belt certification is preferred, can lead the team to do the DOE/GR&R and data analysis ability. 绿带或黑带优先,能够带领团队做DOE/GR&R和数据分析的能力。
4.Familiar with manufacturing process of cable assembly, such as terminal and IDC crimping, soldering, electrical testing, singal integrity etc. 熟悉电缆组件的制造工艺,如端子和IDC压接、焊接、电气测试、信号完整性等。
5.Familiar with electrical industry specification such as IPC620, IPC610 etc. 熟悉电气行业规范,如IPC620、IPC610等。
