Positive Thinking

3 posts in this topic

I always try my best to stay positive, (but we all know it can be a little tough sometimes), for any changes that may occur so they aren't perceived as a negative change. Easier said than done...yes, but we can all be cheerleaders. Being that cheerleader for your employees will boost the morale and create a better atmosphere.

You don't have to stay positive all the time.  I often find some of my best ideas come from challenges which themselves are often frustrating and downers.  What you must believe is that there are solutions and opportunities around every corner.  With the right tools, you can address them and move forward, even if just one micro step at at time.

David's right, LaTonya, and remember we are human. When I find that I am faced with a challenge I try to remind myself not to react, but to respond. Reacting may be quick and not well thought out, while responding would be just the opposite.
