Don't get passed!

1 post in this topic

Like some others, I am just getting into the book, but there have been many mind bending and eye opening statements. The idea that David makes you contemplate, which we all have, that "most decision makers are still trying to drive their organizations at 200MPH using only the skills, knowledge, and tools of a 65MPH driver." This hits home. We all want to be as effective as possible and run in the red (speed wise, not financial wise) but if we don't shape HOW we are getting there we are highly likely to crash and burn... or get passed by local competition!
