Ripple effect

2 posts in this topic

Each of us make decisions every day without thinking what the total effect will be. In reading the first part of chapter 3 I realized how one decision starts a ripple effect and touches so many life's and different areas of the credit union. One right decision can move us to the next level and one rushed decision can send us back the wrong way. I am learning to take a step back and look at the situation from a 50,000 feet perspective before making a decision or reacting to a situation. Thus looking at what the ripple effect might or might not be.

I agree with you, whole-heartedly. I just wish I had a plane(figuratively) that could allow me to see if from that vantage point, so I wouldn't ever make a hasty decision.
